At Dog Trouble we believe that education for young people is key in helping to prevent potentially dangerous situations arising between young people and dogs. That is why we have put together some great opportunities here below, where your child can learn about dogs and how to interact with them in a safe way.

A 3 day dog behaviour workshop during school holiday time for young people aged between 7-11 years old. A fun but informative practical workshop educating young people about basic dog behaviour and how to behave around and care for dogs in a safe, balanced way. Perfect for kids that love dogs !
Age 7-11 years. Workshop times are 8.30-5.00pm. Each young person must attend each day and bring a packed lunch. Young People will get to work with and care for a balanced dog from the Dog Trouble Pack for 3 days ! They will experience the daily routine of the Dog Trouble Pack involving how to walk a dog by their side, how to play with them safely, how to keep a dog healthy and how to understand a dog’s body language. Fun activities they will teach their dog will include dog agility, swimming and search and find games.
Drinks are provided. Each young person will receive a T-Shirt and certificate.
A 1 hour workshop on basic dog behaviour available for schools. A Practical session where young people can learn and interact with dogs. (The length of the workshop can be adjusted to suit your requirements)
Delivered in school, with 2 dogs aimed at young people aged 7-11 years old. Topics to include the puppy stage, greeting a dog, walking a dog, feeding time, playing with a dog, sleeping time, dog health.
Each young person will receive a certificate with 10% off the ‘Dog Pack Leader -Junior course’
