Welcome

I have been overwhelmed this week with the kindness and generosity of people that have gone that extra mile to help Dog Trouble help others. It’s great to see that even though we live in a ‘Rat Race’ of a world, when you help others they too help you in return. Thank you to all the clients I have met this week for your kind testimonials that you have written to help others see that we care about bringing happiness to people and their dogs and helping them to understand and enjoy each others company once again! Thank you :)

Welcome

I will be speaking to customers at the Pets at Home store in Wokingham tonight, really looking forward to chatting to people about their Dog Trouble and helping them resolve some of their issues! Will update you with piccies tomorrow!

Welcome

Blondie the Great Dane arrived for her 3 week stay boarding with us.  She’s such a gentle energy to have around the pack it’s great.  Freddy thought the best place to stay was underneath her, where she wouldn’t be able to find him !

Welcome

Freddy and Ellie helped out with re-potting some plants for the new enclosure today…Freddy was particularly good at digging the weeds out for me and Ellie just wanted to play ! I made it into a game by hiding some treats in amongst the plant pots for them to find which kept Freddy busy from digging!

Welcome

Thank you Margrit for suggesting Manuka Honey +15/+20 to heal Alfie’s cut paw!!  You can see the photo of his poorly paw and 4 days later all healed and he’s back running again with a smile on his face!  Manuka Honey apparently sterilises and seals wounds, so give it a try! Each day I just spread some over the wound, bandaged it up, stuck a cone collar on Alfie for 2 hours then took it all off but kept him on walking only until it healed.  He loved trying a sample off the spoon too!

Welcome

Met George and his dad Phil with their dog Molly today to help them stop Molly jumping up at visitors at the door and also walking her on the lead without pulling.  Max came along to share some if his chilled out energy with Molly and I helped George understand that ‘Yes Molly does need a walk everyday and Yes it is your job as her owner to walk her!!’  George really stepped up to the challenge of correcting Molly when she started to walk ahead of him and Dad got to take her running along side the bike !  Way to go ‘Father and Son time’, giving Molly what she needs to keep her calm.  Have fun guys and George remember your Dad is going to phone me when you ask him ‘Why do we have to take Molly out?!’ x
